B -Starter includes a concentrated and bioavailable source of two key B vitamins: B12 and folate. This comprehensive blend helps support numerous systems in the body. This sublingual formula is easy to take. It dissolves under the tongue. It can be used daily if you are not taking our Super B-Nx (b complex) or three times a week.
